Hi all! Well, not a moment too soon, I've added Patrick Street Productions' THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA to the calendar - it opens tonight! Yikes! How'd I (almost) miss that one.
I've also added Carousel Theatre's production of THE WIZARD OF OZ at the Waterfront Theatre in December. Footlight is also presenting "OZ" in November, so you can check out both productions!
And in December, of course, it's Pantos galore! Here's what's coming up:
- NUT CRACKED! Not-Quite-A-Panto from Raving Theatre promises you'll have a gay old time (but nothing like the Flintstones).
- CINDERELLA - the perennially popular panto, comes to the Deep Cove theatre in North Van.
- ALADDIN - North Vancouver Community Players presents this delightful tale for children and adults in the best pantomime tradition.
- ALI BABA - At the Metro Theatre, Written/Adapted by Johnny Duncan and co-directed by Duncan and Cathy Wilmot (a multitalented dynamo who I was fortunate enough to share a stage with for APPLAUSE! Musicals in Concert's "DO RE MI").
That brings us up to date... check the Calendar for details, then... go see a musical!
