Please prepare 2 contrasting Rock 'n' Roll songs from the 50's and 60's
A pianist WILL be provided.
Come in comfortable clothing prepared to move.
Character Breakdown:
Shel: Male, 20-25 years old.
Rock 'n' roll belt (Tenor) and must have a strong sense of comedic timing.
Shel is a young singer song writer suffering from low self-esteem.
Shel takes a train trip through the Rockies to find himself and write the perfect song.
Strong mover/dancer
Penny/Chance: Female, 20-25 years old.
Rock 'n' roll belt (Soprano) and must have a strong sense of comedic timing.
Plays both of Shel's Love interests.
Penny: Typical Narcissist
Chance: Charming and down to earth.
Strong mover/dancer
Ensemble: Male 25-30 years old.
Rock 'n' roll belt (Tenor) and must have a strong sense of comedic timing.
Plays various characters. Dad, Cowboy, "Cher" among others.
